At Camp & Caliber Gears Pvt Limited, we take pride in delivering premium imported firearms, airguns, scopes, magazines, and accessories to our valued customers. Due to the highly specialized, regulated, and safety-sensitive nature of our products, our return policy is strictly defined. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All returns are subject to verification, inspection, and final approval by our team.


2. Firearms — Return Policy

All firearm sales are considered final.

Firearms may only be returned under the following conditions:

  • A documented, verified manufacturing defect is present upon delivery.
  • The product delivered is materially different from the product ordered (wrong model, caliber, or configuration).
  • The firearm arrives with visible damage caused during shipping.

Firearms will not be accepted for return if:

  • The firearm has been fired, used, or test-fired after delivery.
  • Any parts have been modified, replaced, or tampered with.
  • The original packaging, documentation, or accessories are missing.
  • The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a firearm return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order details.


3. Airguns & PCP Systems — Return Policy

Airguns including PCP rifles, pistols, and related systems may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The airgun is completely unused and in its original factory condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation are intact.
  • The return is accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
  • The airgun has not been filled with air, modified, or test-fired.

Airguns will not be accepted for return if:

  • They have been used, filled, or discharged in any way.
  • Any parts have been replaced, upgraded, or modified.
  • Original packaging is damaged or missing.

4. Scopes & Optics — Return Policy

Scopes and optics may be returned within 5 days of delivery, provided:

  • They are completely unused and in original factory condition.
  • They have not been mounted on any firearm or airgun.
  • All original packaging, lens caps, documentation, and accessories are included.

Scopes and optics are non-returnable if:

  • They have been mounted, even if not used.
  • Lens coatings show any signs of cleaning marks, scratches, or handling.
  • The original box or accessories are missing.

5. Magazines & Feeding Devices — Return Policy

  • Magazines and feeding devices are non-returnable once opened.
  • Sealed, unopened magazines may be returned within 3 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the original factory seal is fully intact.

6. Accessories & General Products — Return Policy

General accessories including holsters, grips, slings, cleaning kits, and similar items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and documentation are intact.
  • The item is not from the non-returnable categories listed in this policy.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Fired, used, or modified firearms and airguns.
  • Mounted or used scopes and optics.
  • Opened magazines and feeding devices.
  • Ammunition and pellets (no returns for safety reasons).
  • HPA cylinders and air tanks once filled or used.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
  • Any item missing its original packaging, serial number label, or documentation.

8. Condition Requirements for All Returns

Regardless of product category, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in its original, unaltered condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documents must be included.
  • Valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • The item must not show any signs of use, damage, or modification.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense.


9. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@campcalibergear.com within the applicable return window.
  2. Provide your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions including the return shipping address.
  5. Ship the item securely using a trackable courier service.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm final approval.

Do not ship any item back without receiving written approval from our team first.


10. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer or as applicable).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
  • If the returned item does not pass inspection, no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer.

11. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible products within the same return window, subject to stock availability. If the exchanged item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch. If of lower value, the difference will be refunded.


12. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Our team will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in the claim being rejected.


13. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, a manufacturing defect, or a damaged/incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • For high-value items such as firearms, insured shipping is strongly advised.
