1. Overview

Camp & Caliber Gears Pvt Limited is a legally operating business dealing in imported premium firearms, airguns, scopes, magazines, and accessories. We are fully committed to operating within the legal framework of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and expect all our customers to do the same.

The purchase, possession, transfer, and use of firearms and regulated airguns in Pakistan is governed by law. This Licensing Policy outlines the requirements every customer must fulfill before purchasing regulated products from us. No regulated firearm or item will be sold without verified, valid licensing documentation.

2. Legal Framework

Our licensing requirements are based on the following Pakistani laws and regulations:

• The Arms Act, 1878 — the primary legislation governing the possession and carrying of arms in Pakistan.
• The Arms Rules, 1924 — rules made under the Arms Act governing licenses for arms and ammunition.
• Provincial Arms Ordinances — including relevant ordinances issued by the Governments of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan.
• Pakistan Customs Act, 1969 — governing the import of firearms and related items.
• National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) — for identity verification of all buyers.

3. Who Requires a License

A valid arms license is required for the purchase of:

• All firearms including pistols, revolvers, rifles, and shotguns.
• Semi-automatic and automatic weapons where permitted by law.
• Any firearm accessory that is legally classified as a controlled item.
• High-powered airguns that fall under the regulated category as defined by applicable law.

Standard low-powered airguns and non-regulated accessories may be purchased without an arms license, subject to age verification and our internal compliance checks.

4. Types of Licenses We Accept

We accept the following government-issued license types, provided they are valid and not expired:

4.1 Prohibited Bore (PB) License Issued by the Federal Government for high-caliber and prohibited-bore weapons. Required for the purchase of prohibited-bore firearms.

4.2 Non-Prohibited Bore (NPB) License Issued by provincial authorities for non-prohibited-bore firearms such as standard pistols and rifles. Most commonly held license type.

4.3 Club / Range License Issued to registered shooting clubs and ranges. Valid for bulk or institutional purchases for club use only.

4.4 Dealer / Retailer License For registered arms dealers purchasing for resale purposes. Must be accompanied by a valid business registration.

4.5 Security Company License Issued to registered private security firms. Valid for purchases for official security use only.

All licenses must be issued by a competent authority of the Government of Pakistan or a Provincial Government and must be current and valid at the time of purchase.

5. License Verification Process

To complete the purchase of any regulated firearm or controlled item, customers must go through our verification process:

Step 1 — Submit Documentation Provide a clear, legible copy of your valid arms license along with a copy of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).

Step 2 — Review & Verification Our compliance team will review submitted documents to verify authenticity, validity, expiry date, and the category of weapon the license covers.

Step 3 — Approval or Rejection If documents are verified and found to be valid, your purchase will be approved. If documents are found to be invalid, expired, or insufficient, your order will be cancelled and any payment refunded.

Step 4 — Record Keeping We maintain records of all licensing documentation in compliance with applicable law. Your information is kept confidential and used solely for compliance purposes.

Verification typically takes 1–3 business days. Orders will not be dispatched until verification is complete.

6. License Must Match the Product

Your license must specifically cover the category and bore type of the firearm you intend to purchase:

• A Non-Prohibited Bore (NPB) license does not authorize the purchase of Prohibited Bore (PB) firearms.
• A license issued for a specific weapon type does not automatically cover all weapons in our catalog.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their license covers the exact firearm being purchased.

If there is any mismatch between the license and the product, the sale will not proceed.

7. Expired or Invalid Licenses

We do not accept expired, cancelled, suspended, or forged licenses under any circumstances. Submitting a forged, altered, or fraudulent license document is a criminal offense under Pakistani law and will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately.

If your license has expired, you must renew it through the appropriate government authority before placing an order with us.

8. Transfer & Gifting of Firearms

If you intend to gift or transfer a firearm purchased from us to another individual:

• The recipient must hold a valid arms license covering the specific firearm being transferred.
• Transfer of a licensed firearm to an unlicensed individual is a criminal offense in Pakistan.
• Camp & Caliber Gears Pvt Limited is not responsible for any unlawful transfer made by the buyer after the sale is completed.
• All transfers must be reported to the relevant government authority as required by law.

9. Airguns — Licensing Requirements

Pakistan’s regulatory framework for airguns varies by type and power:

• Standard low-powered airguns (spring, CO2, and low-power PCP) generally do not require an arms license for purchase but are subject to age verification (minimum 18 years).
• High-powered PCP airguns may be subject to licensing requirements depending on muzzle energy, caliber, and provincial regulations.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify whether their specific airgun purchase requires a license in their province or district.

Camp & Caliber Gears Pvt Limited reserves the right to request licensing documentation for any airgun purchase if deemed necessary under applicable law or our internal compliance policy.

10. Institutional & Bulk Purchases

For institutional buyers including security companies, shooting clubs, law enforcement agencies, or government departments:

• A valid institutional license or authorization letter on official letterhead is required.
• Bulk purchases are subject to enhanced verification and may require additional documentation.
• All institutional purchases are subject to approval by our compliance team.
• We reserve the right to decline any institutional order at our discretion.

11. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Camp & Caliber Gears Pvt Limited, you accept full responsibility for:

• Obtaining and maintaining a valid arms license for all regulated purchases.
• Using all purchased products only for the purposes permitted under your license.
• Storing all firearms safely and securely in compliance with Pakistani law.
• Renewing your license before expiry and not purchasing regulated items on an expired license.
• Reporting any loss, theft, or damage of a licensed firearm to the relevant authorities as required by law.
• Not allowing any unlicensed person to use, carry, or possess your licensed firearm.

12. Our Right to Refuse a Sale

Camp & Caliber Gears Pvt Limited reserves the absolute right to refuse any sale at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• Valid licensing documentation is not provided.
• Documentation appears forged, altered, or suspicious.
• The buyer is unable to verify their identity.
• We have reasonable grounds to believe the purchase may be used unlawfully.
• The sale would violate any applicable law or government regulation.

No reason is required to be given for refusal of sale in the interest of legal compliance and public safety.

13. Compliance & Reporting

Camp & Caliber Gears Pvt Limited fully cooperates with all government authorities, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies. We maintain complete purchase records as required by law and will provide information to authorized government agencies upon lawful request.

Any suspicious activity, attempted fraudulent purchases, or submission of false documents will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
