Airguns & PCP Systems Pre-Charged Pneumatic (PCP) airguns including rifles and pistols; spring-powered and gas-piston airguns; airgun accessories, pellets, and maintenance tools; HPA cylinders, regulators, and filling equipment.
All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund where applicable. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
4. Licensing, Permits & Legal Responsibility
The purchase, possession, and use of firearms and regulated airguns is governed by Pakistani law, including the Arms Act 1878 and relevant provincial ordinances. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to:

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price is the price confirmed at the time of your order.

Payment:

6. Shipping, Delivery & Transfer

- Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, regulatory processes, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier or the buyer’s authorized representative.
- Where required by law, a licensed individual must be present to receive firearm shipments.
- We do not ship firearms or regulated products internationally.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the regulated nature of our products, the following policy applies:
- Firearms: All sales are final. Returns are only accepted in cases of documented manufacturing defects or if the product materially differs from what was ordered.
- Accessories & Airguns: May be returned within 2 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Scopes & Optics: Non-returnable once mounted, used, or modified.
- Magazines & Feeding Devices: Non-returnable once opened.
- Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. All returns are subject to inspection and our final approval.
8. Warranty & Product Guarantee
- Firearms: Any manufacturer warranty is passed on to the buyer as-is. We do not independently warrant firearms.
- PCP Airguns: Manufacturer warranty applies as stated in product documentation. Warranty is void if the product is modified, misused, or improperly maintained.
- Accessories & Scopes: Warranty, if any, is as provided by the original manufacturer.
Warranty claims must be submitted with valid proof of purchase. We will facilitate claims on a best-effort basis but are not independently liable for manufacturer warranty outcomes.
9. Prohibited Use & Safe Handling
By purchasing from us, you expressly agree that you will:
- Use all products strictly in compliance with applicable law and only for lawful purposes.
- Store all firearms and airguns safely, preventing unauthorized access — especially by minors.
- Not use any product in the commission of any crime, act of violence, or unlawful activity.
- Not resell, transfer, or gift any firearm to an unlicensed individual or any person prohibited by law from owning a firearm.
- Not modify any firearm or airgun in a manner that violates applicable law.
Camp & Caliber Gears Co PVD Limited is not responsible for any injury, death, property damage, or legal consequences arising from the misuse, improper handling, or illegal use of any product purchased from us.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Camp & Caliber Gears Co Pvt Limited, its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website.
